Working from Dar

Connectivity is not always kind, which taught me to keep local development genuinely local. sqlite in the project folder, no cloud dependency to run the tests, no waiting on a container to warm up.

That habit paid off everywhere else. A project that runs offline on my laptop is a project a new person can run on their first morning.

Constraints make better engineers than abundance does. I did not choose these ones, but I would not trade them now.
